Roles and Responsibilities

During the ITS, everyone involved has an important role to play. Working group dynamics will be particularly important to work well together as a team, so here are some key responsibilities to think about:

Participants Take ownership of their personal learning
Create a high-performance, self-managed team
Deliver a quality presentation of recommendations incorporating learning gained during the ITS
Participate fully in activities and discussions
Share their knowledge and perspectives with the group
Facilitators Working Group (WG) facilitation
Site visit support
Help WG individuals achieve their personal learning goals
Help the WG to achieve their team deliverable
Bring personal creativity, skills, resources and ideas to facilitation
Signpost cross-cutting issues (e.g. leadership, equity, gender, regional variation) within WG discussions
Resource People Bring local knowledge to WG discussions
Site visit facilitation
Capture learning and process of the group (note-taking, photography, sound and video recording)
LEAD Indonesia Connect to regional expertise
Manage the logistics of the event
LEAD International Connect to international expertise
Provide guidance, structure and resources
